H2H Logic is a statistical information tool. There are no methods that guarantee winnings. Only bet what you can afford to lose, set limits before you start and do not chase losses.

Warning signs

• betting more than you planned;
• borrowing money to bet;
• hiding your betting from people close to you;
• feeling anxious or irritable when you are not betting.

Help in Portugal

• ICAD helpline: 1414 (confidential).
• ICAD Gambling Intervention Unit (Lisbon).
• Self-exclusion at SRIJ: prevents you from gambling and opening accounts with bookmakers licensed in Portugal (minimum 3 months or indefinitely) — request at srij.turismodeportugal.pt.
